Saturday night meal

I really wasn't that hungry on Saturday so I went for something simple.


Sweet Corn and Broccoli Florets sauteed in garlic butter.
 I did try out some pretty nice veggie burgers from Morningstar.

Roasted Garlic Naan

And since I wanted to try something slightly different, I ended up spreading the naan with some roasted red pepper hummus and using them as such for my burgers.

Steamed Whole Edamame tossed in Sea Salt.
Not a bad way to continue this vegan/vegetarian kick..  The most important part of it is cooking a lot of different items so I don't get bored.
